Kelsey started her customer service career straight out of high school in 2002, working in retail and contact centers throughout Saint John. She also worked on obtaining her diploma in Web Design through distance education, of which she earned in 2005.
In 2006 she became the administrative assistant for VitalAire, working with physicians and respiratory therapists to provide in-home and mobile oxygen therapy, sleep apnea assessments and therapy, as well as providing customer service by phone or in person.
In 2010 Kelsey began working with Xerox where she took on multiple roles such as customer solutions, technical support, scheduling specialist and mentoring. She was awarded several STAR Performer Awards and the “Rookie of the Year” Award.
Kelsey joined the TOTAL ABILITY team in 2017. She lives in Saint John with her husband and 2 active boys.
