TOTAL ABILITY is a private occupational therapy practice with a staff of 10 occupational therapists and one administrative assistant. We provide mobile occupational therapy across New Brunswick primarily in Saint John, Fredericton and Moncton.

Occupational Therapist Job
We are hiring for an occupational therapist job in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada.
We seek a dynamic, independent and bilingual (English / French) clinical Occupational Therapist to round out our team in Saint John, New Brunswick for full-time employee work.
Your clients will primarily be adults and children, and you must bring to the position experience working with school-age children along with adults in the workplace. However, experience and ability to work with seniors as well is also an asset.
You excel in the establishment and implementation of effective, efficient, outcome-oriented assessment and treatment plans as well as exceptional communication skills with clients and the client team which may include employers, insurers, family, physicians, other health care professionals, caregivers or funding sources.
You are able to maintain detailed client records and work without direct supervision. You are independent and very, very flexible.
You are able to work fluently in Microsoft Office, Word, and Power Point.
You have excellent presentation skills and are able to present to and facilitate small and large groups. Your social skills and general communication skills are above average.
You are able to easily manage an ever changing schedule that involves constant travel between client appointments.
You have access to a vehicle and hold a driver’s license. Our occupational therapy services are mobile.
You have great time management skills and can deliver professional, errorless written reports in a very short period of time in both English and French.
You are able to work a flexible schedule, with appointment times that best suit clients. 35-40 hours per week, to be negotiated.
You are have or are eligible for licensure by the New Brunswick Association of Occupational Therapists. You must provide a criminal record check for vulnerable populations. And you must be able to meet a reliability status check. You have professional liability insurance.
New graduates who demonstrate outstanding capabilities will be considered.
Salary is $32 per hour. Higher hourly rate may be considered depending on exceptional skills and significant related experience. Benefits include 12 vacation days/year and 12 paid holidays.
Opportunities for additional skills training may be made available depending on the aptitude and motivation of the successful applicant.

Summer Student/Marketing Assistant
You are able to help develop strategy to engage online and offline audiences.
You are able to execute marketing campaigns.
You are able to create new, novel, and engaging content for communication to stakeholders.
You bring fresh ideas and approaches to digital media and marketing.
You are able to complete online research, gathering data about the market.
You are outgoing, enthusiastic, self-motivated and creative.
You are flexible and adaptable as job duties may vary depending on the candidate’s strengths and skill set
You have an excellent grasp of the English language; English/French bilingualism is an asset.
You have demonstrated knowledge of social media channels- Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Google +
You have very strong organizational and time management skills.
You are currently enrolled in post-secondary program in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or similar.
Employment term is 8 weeks from Monday, June 27, 2016 to Friday, August 19, 2016, 37.5 hours per week at $11/hour
